Profile of Finance Officer
CMA V Palani is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant- Fellow member of ICAI-India (FCMA) & having Masters in Commerce, Masters in Philosophy (Management), and P G Diplomas in Personnel Management and Business Laws as well. He is also Life Member of All India Management Association. He has rendered services as a Senior Manager (Administration & Finance), Finance Officer in-charge, Deputy Director, Deputy Registrar, Accounts Officer, Office Manager for premier educational and research institutions (IITM, IIMK, IMSc, IIMS/IMU, NIBMG) with major responsibilities of formulation & implementation of financial policies; financial planning and budgeting; managing funds ; accounting and financial reporting and administration; Internal control and review of performances; audits including compliance. He has implemented & integrated the new policies & systems and worked/working with diverse team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
