Biographic Sketch:
I am a distinguished researcher and academic who focuses on tourism and hospitality's many facets. My study covers several important sector topics. With a deep interest in work-life quality, seeking to comprehend tourism and hospitality workers' well-being and contentment. I am researching ways to improve the work experience and create a productive and positive staff. Beginning my work as a restaurant consultant, I learned about the hospitality industry and how to manage and optimise restaurant operations. I began my education career as a lecturer for Eritrea's Ministry of Education, creating an academic environment and developing young minds. I became an Assistant Professor at the Central University of Tamil Nadu to inspire and guide tourism and hospitality management students since I love academia. My dedication to teaching and research has garnered respect from colleagues and students. In addition to teaching, I have mentored over 10 postgraduate dissertations, adding fresh research and understanding of the subject. My Publication related to Indigenous tourism explores and promotes the cultural heritage and authenticity of local communities in the tourism landscape and raises awareness of its potential for sustainable development and cultural diversity Additionally, My research examines India's tourism growth and dynamics. I strived to find development and sustainable tourism prospects by focusing on the country's specific tourism offerings and problems. In light of the extraordinary COVID-19 outbreak, I conducted an impactful study on the restaurant business. That work illuminates the industry's resilience and adaptation and offers methods to overcome the crisis and rebound. My publications, collaborations, and academic conferences and forums demonstrate my commitment to tourism and hospitality research. In conclusion, my biographical description emphasises dedication to study and academics, focusing on work-life balance, indigenous tourism, Indian tourism growth, and COVID-19-related restaurant business issues. My work shapes the industry's future sustainability and resilience.

Possessing a deep-seated enthusiasm for investigating the intersectionality of culture, environmental stewardship, and technical progress within the field. The research conducted by me has significant implications as it explores sustainable tourism practices, destination management, and the utilization of artificial intelligence to improve guest experiences. Groundbreaking research has elucidated the impact of cultural heritage on the behaviours and preferences of tourists. my efforts in promoting collaborations between the industry and academics, as well as my role in facilitating beneficial advancements within the field of hospitality. Research focusing on improving the quality of work life of hospitality employees and much more enhances the efficiency of hospitality operations and informs strategic decision-making within the firm.
