Dr. K. R. S. Preethi Meher

  • ABOUT
  • Dr. K.R.S. Preethi Meher completed her Ph.D at Materials Research Center, Indian Institute of Science Bangalore in the year 2012. She received the prestigious Erasmus Mundus Willpower Fellowship in 2010 to visit CNRS SPMS Laboratory at Ecole Central Supelec at Paris, France. Subsequently, she did her postdoctoral research at CNRS CRISMAT (UMR 6508) ENSICAEN and CNRT Caen, France after receiving the CNRS Postdoctoral Fellowship. Later, she pursued Research-Associateship at the Materials Science Group, Indira Gandhi Center for Atomic Research, Kalpakkam. She has published her research work in various peer-reviewed international journals. Her research involves the development of multifunctional materials, mostly oxides for various technological applications in Microelectronics, Sensors, High density storage devices etc. apart from Energy production/harvesting Materials. She is currently focusing on establishment of her own research laboratory that deals with the development of materials for energy storage and harvesting applications
