Biographic Sketch:
Dr. Kappa Kondal is an accomplished academician and researcher with a distinguished career in the field of Economics. He currently holds the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the School of Social Sciences and Humanities, Central University of Tamil Nadu (CUTN). He has held teaching positions at various esteemed institutions. Notably, he served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics at the University of Allahabad and as a visiting faculty at Central University Andhra Pradesh (CUAP), and held a Guest Faculty position at Osmania University. Dr. Kondal's educational journey is marked by notable achievements. He completed his UGC-PDF (Post Doctoral Fellow) from the Department of Economics at Osmania University, Hyderabad, where he conducted groundbreaking research on the ""Measurement of Economic Efficiency of Horticultural Crops in Telangana State: An Econometric Analysis."" Prior to this, he earned his Ph.D. in Economics from the same institution, focusing on ""A Study of Trends in Growth and Structure of Horticultural Crops in Telangana State."" His commitment to academic excellence is evident through his repeated success in UGC/NTA NET. Dr. Kondal has qualified the UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) in Economics on four occasions and cleared the APSET. Dr. Kondal has made significant contributions to the fields of Agricultural Economics. His numerous research articles and publications in esteemed journals like The Indian Economic Journal, Journal of Public Affairs, Agricultural Situation in India, Anvesak, and Productivity, among others."
