Biographic Sketch:
I am a sportsman with a career-long interest in creating exposures with significant health effects. I have served as faculty at sahyadri science college shimoga and also in Department of P.G Studies and Research In Physical Education Jnana sahyadri, kuvempu university shankaraghatta, and have experience providing education tailored to the needs of adults looking to apply their knowledge in real-world situations. Now I am presently working as assistant professor in department of physical education and sports on 23/06/2023 at school of education and training at Central University of Tamilnadu, Thiruvarur. I have published 18 research article papers. I attented 12 seminars and conferences and 5 workshop related to my research work .My research work is based on Athletic carrier and physical fitness. It mainly based on socio economic status on retired athletics and status of health related physical factors.

   
Research Highlights :

Being a sportsman I focused on sports training and physical fitness because it can improve sportspersons in sports world. It can also focused our health, help manage weight, the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and improve our ability to do everyday activities.
