Biographic Sketch:
Dr Preeti R Gotmare is a recipient of Dr S Radhakrishnan Post-Doctoral Fellowship from University Grant Commission, New Delhi. She was the First Rank recommendation by the UGC Selection Committee for her PDF. She was also the first PDF researcher in the School of Commerce & Business Management, RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur. During her stint there, she researched various aspects of Skill Development for the unorganized sector in Maharashtra. She has been awarded with Merit Scholarship during her MBA and also she is the First rank holder in MCom. Her research areas include Marketing, Banking and Insurance, Financial Services, Rural and Skill Development. She has published Research Papers in UGC CARE Listed, Scopus and ABDC Indexed Journals. She has authored 02 books, delivered invited lectures and Presented Research Papers at National and International Conferences. She completed 02 Funded Research Projects and working on 01 ongoing research project.

   
Research Highlights :

Dr. Peeti R. Gotmare is a dedicated researcher and academician with a diverse research portfolio focused on Management, Education, social and economic development. As Project Director, she completed a research project on integrating MGNREGS into the academic curriculum. As Principal Investigator, she studied the impact of COVID-19 on female laborers in the unorganized sector. She is currently working as Co-Project Director on a research project exploring the cultural practices of the Beda Nayaka Tribal Community. She has successfully awarded two research degrees (PhD & Mphil), and her recent publications cover various topics in marketing, economics, finance, and education. Her work reflects a commitment to impactful research and social development.
