Biographic Sketch:
Dr. Ch. SankarRao is an Associate Professor in Department of Economics, Central University of Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur. He has done MA in Economics from School of Economics, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad and MPhil and PhD in Economics from Centre for Studies of Regional Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. His academic interest lies in the areas of Development Economics, Institutional Economics, Behavioral Economics and Agricultural & Rural Economics. He believes in teaching with student-centric-practical approach and research with high societal and policy relevance. He has published more than 15 journal articles and book chapters. He has contributed for the text book writing, new curriculum development and LMS preparation in Economics. He has also contributed for the policy formulation.
