Biographic Sketch:
Dr. Prema Mayudu B is an associate professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Central University of Tamil Nadu since December 2023. His research interests are Bio-medical Image Analysis, Semantic Segmentation on Medical Images, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Security in Wireless Sensor Networks. He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technical University and his M.Tech. in Information Technology from the College of Engineering, Andhra University.
He boasts two decades of teaching experience across various Engineering Colleges and has been honored with the "Best Teacher" award on four occasions during his career. In addition to his teaching and research roles, Dr. Prema Mayudu is an active member of professional organizations including the Computer Society of India (CSI), the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), and the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). His scholarly contributions are evident through the publication of 40 papers in peer reviewed international journals and conferences. His extensive expertise and dedication make him a prominent figure in the field of Computer Science and Engineering.
