Biographic Sketch:
Bhagyalakshmi R is currently an Assistant Professor at Department of Law, Central University of Tamil Nadu and a Research Scholar at National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, India. She was a recipient of Junior Research Fellowship of the University Grants Commission, India. She has completed her BAL LLB from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala with third rank and LLM from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad with second rank. She holds teaching experience at Christ University, Bengaluru and Sree Narayana College of Law, Kerala. She also had undertaken teaching assistantship at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. Her research interest includes Corporate and Commercial Laws, Regulatory theory, Infrastructure & Energy Laws, International Law, Intersection of Law and Development

   
Research Highlights :

My current research focuses on Public Private Partnerships which falls under Infrastructure law. In India, Infrastructure Law is an emerging area of discussion and it delves into niche areas and narratives which has implication on the development of the country. I believe my research work on the area will foster more clarity on the legal aspects pertaining to the specific sector and enhances collaborative governance framework for effective infrastructure provisions. My research area delves into my area of specialization and my published papers are pertaining to legal subjects viz. competition law, infrastructure law, investment law and development
